common queries
  • We know that taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, so we focus on creating a warm and collaborative space from the very beginning.

We’ll listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and take the time to understand your concerns, your background, and your goals.

We invite you to share whatever feels right for you — it helps your therapist offer more personalised care. At the same time, we respect your pace and want to make sure you feel safe and ready throughout the process.

At times, it may feel uncomfortable, exposing or confronting. By sitting with and working through these experiences with your therapist, you can open the door to healing and new insights.

To create lasting change, it’s important to take what you learn in therapy and bring it into your everyday life. Your therapist will guide you, but the real transformation happens when you actively engage with the process outside of sessions. You might like to consider bringing a notebook to jot down reflections, ah ha moments, or intentions for yourself before and after sessions.

While it takes time to unlearn or reshape longstanding patterns and behaviours, investing in your growth and wellbeing is always worth it and you’re not alone in it.

  • We ask that you complete the following steps before your first session:
