Psychological therapy –50 mins
$275 ($133.15 after Medicare rebate).

Once-off support sessions – 50 mins
$275 ($133.15 after Medicare rebate).

Professional supervision – 60 mins

Medicare rebates
Under a Mental Health Treatment Plan referral from your GP, a rebate of $141.85 per session is available for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Private health
Check your policy to see whether rebates may be available. Please note, Medicare and private health rebates cannot be claimed for the same session.

Self-referrals
You can self-refer, although be aware that rebates will not be available without a Mental Health Treatment Plan or private health insurance.

Fees are payable prior to your session by debit/credit card.

After your session, we will submit your rebate claim and Medicare will make the deposit of $141.85 into the bank account you have provided.

We will securely store your credit/debit card in an encrypted format in our case management system, called Halaxy. Once your details are entered and captured, they are not visible to anybody within the clinic or at Halaxy.

Fees owing will be automatically deducted from your stored credit/debit card at the time of your appointment. This seamless and secure process ensures that your payments are made smoothly and promptly.

Appointments fill quickly in advance so we recommend you book at least three appointments ahead to secure your preferred time slot. Booking ahead ensures there is no disruption to your therapy.

If you can’t attend your appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer this time to another person on the waiting list.

You will receive a text message and/or email reminder 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment, giving you enough time to notify us if you cannot attend.

Please note the below cancellation fees:

— notifying us with more than 48 hours: no fee
— between 24-48 hours: 50% of session fee
— less than 24 hours or non-attendance without advice: full fee.
